About the NAATI CCL Exam
The National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) Credentialed Community Language (CCL) test assesses your ability to interpret and translate conversations in real-life community settings. Passing this test grants 5 PR points under Australia’s migration points system.

NAATI CCL Test Format
The NAATI CCL test consists of two recorded dialogues, each approximately 300 words long, between an English speaker and a non-English speaker. Candidates must interpret and translate in both directions
- Total Duration: 20 minutes.
- Scoring: Total 90 marks, with a minimum of 29 in each dialogue and an overall score of 63 or more required to pass
